This Week in WWE 17-23 June 2013

Hey Guys! I figure that since I don't usually get to see Raw or Smackdown live that instead of doing a write up of both shows I'll do a week round up with the main headlines coming out of both shows. Here's this weeks! Since these round up could technically constitute spoilers, you'll find this weeks news after the jump.

Christian Returns!

Vickie Guerrero told Wade Barrett that he couldn't have his rematch on Raw instead he'd have to face a mystery opponent, which turned out to be Christian! Welcome back Captain Charisma!

Team RKNo steal the show - twice!

Randy Orton and Daniel Bryan have two epic matches this week, seriously look them up! It would be pretty interesting to see a title feud between this pair. Shades of an Orton heel turn during the Raw match but the best part of these matches was seeing Orton seemingly enjoying his work again.

Mark Henry in early Oscar nomination bid

After cryptic tweets this past weekend Mark Henry interrupts John Cena and delivers a heartfelt retirement speech; Cena goes in for a handshake at the end of his speech and we're all duped as it ends with Cena on the receiving end of a World's Strongest Slam. Henry gets a WWE championship match at Money in the Bank.

Ziggler gets the better of Del Rio

After his shock defeat to Del Rio at Payback, Ziggler attacked Del Rio on both Raw and Smackdown. No assist from Big E or AJ; the rematch for the World Heavyweight Championship shall be interesting.

Punk and Heyman break up

After a subtle confrontation at the end of the match at Payback and further disagreement at the opening of Raw, Punk called time on his professional relationship with Paul Heyman, to his detriment; Raw would go off the air with Brock Lesnar standing over Punk after an F5. We can only assume this is a result of Heyman and Punk's separation.

A bad week for Wade Barrett.

After losing his Intercontinental title to Curtis Axel at Payback, Barrett would lose to Christian and this his automatic rematch clause to Axel on Smackdown. Is the Money in the Bank briefcase in Barrett's future?

That's this weeks roundup, what did you think of the shows this week? As always, I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments below.
